I came across your site searching for a way to relive a much-cherished memory of a different time in my life.. Twenty five years have passed since my last real kretek, since as you know in the US, cigarettes overall are fast becoming a fading memory…. In a much more simple and carefree time in my life, not a day would pass that a pack of Djarum Super was not at hand, or if not the Super, 76’s, their saffron-colored paper wrapped packet of ten at a time…. Those stout and pungent coffin nails that would crackle and sizzle were an indelible part of me for a long, long time….
