By placing an order at CiggiesWorld you enter a purchase contract and agree to the terms & conditions. Everything sold at CiggiesWorld are for personal use only and not for resale.
By accepting these terms & conditions you identify yourself to be of legal smoking age to purchase cigarettes. To misrepresent your age is a felony charge. Those found falsifying their age may be prosecuted by the law.
Shipping and Delivery Time
Your package will need to be signed at delivery and identification will need to be provided at collection. If you are not available to sign, your package will be left to collect from your local post office. A package collection notice will be left in your mail box and you will need to provide identification and a digital signature to receive your package.
Delivery time generally range from 15-45 days depending on the type of shipping methods that are available for your country. Most shipments take two weeks from time of order.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the delivery of your order if you choose the Not-Traceable shipping method. We will not issue refund or replacement if your package is lost when shipped using the Not-Traceable shipping method.
As for other Traceable shipping options, in the unlikely event that your goods are not received in good time, please email us at support@CiggiesWorld.ch quoting your order number. If you are not able to quote the order number, please provide your name, the delivery address and the approximate date of your order. We will attempt to track the order but should we be unable to do this, we will replace the goods free of charge.
In case of need to cancel your order, you are able to do that within 12 hours after payment completion. You must send an email to support@CiggiesWorld.ch quoting your order number, your name and shipping address. Otherwise your order will be fulfilled & charged respectively.
We want you to be totally satisfied with anything you order from us. Inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the products, or the products are faulty or incorrect, let us know and we will provide you with return instructions. Please return the unused merchandise within 10 days of receipt and we will exchange the merchandise or refund your money. The Customer will be responsible for arranging return transportation, and postage costs thus incurred will be on Customer’s account without subsequent reimbursement. CiggiesWorld cannot be held responsible for variations in the quality of the products caused by or owing to the acts and or omissions of the manufacturer or manufacturing process.
Your refund will be issued after we receive your item(s) at our returns centre. When we receive your returned shipment, we will issue a full refund less shipping costs. Returned orders need to be received within 45 days of the original purchase or a restocking fee may apply.
Customers should be aware that on rare occasions Postal Service has been known to deliver orders late. Due to this reason, our policy is to review refund only after 30 days from shipment date. If you have not received your order within 30 days, please send an email to support@CiggiesWorld.ch quoting the order number, your name, and shipping address.
CiggiesWorld will not and never share, disclose, sell, distribute, rent, licence, or pass onto third parties personally identifiable information collected at our website or which you have provided to us unless we have your consent to do so.
International Duty Laws
It is your responsibility to determine whether importation of tobacco products in your country are prohibited under local laws. Tax or customs charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of customer and CiggiesWorld is not liable for such charges. We will only issue refund when we received our returned merchandise.
In the event that you are charged duty upon receiving your package you have a choice to pay the duty or refuse the package, in which case the package will be returned to us and you will receive a refund for the order.
We do not ship tobacco products to some countries or certain provinces, states or locale. If you cannot find your country, province or state in the billing and shipping option, that means that we do not ship to you. For example, you will not find Turkmenistan, Oregon, Morocco, Northwest Territories, Arizona, San Marino, Sonora etc at the checkout because we do not ship to those places.
