By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you are of the legal smoking age in your jurisdiction to purchase tobacco products. Misrepresenting your age is a serious offense and may result in legal prosecution.
Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery Timeframes: Delivery typically takes 15–45 days, depending on the shipping method available for your country. Most orders are delivered within two weeks from the date of purchase.
- Non-Traceable Shipping (Canada Only): If you select a non-traceable shipping method, CiggiesWorld cannot guarantee delivery. No refunds or replacements will be issued for lost packages shipped via non-traceable methods.
- Traceable Shipping: For traceable shipping options, if your order is not delivered within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. If you cannot provide the order number, include your full name, delivery address, and approximate order date. We will attempt to track your order and, if unsuccessful, replace the goods at no additional cost.
- Delivery Requirements: Some shipments may require a signature and valid identification upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign, a collection notice will be left, and you may need to present identification to retrieve your package from your local post office.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of payment completion by emailing [email protected] with your order number, full name, and shipping address. Orders not canceled within this period will be processed and charged accordingly.
Return Policy
We strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Upon receipt, inspect your order immediately. If the products are damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at [email protected] for return instructions.
- Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receipt, and the merchandise must be unused and in its original condition.
- Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping, which is non-reimbursable.
- CiggiesWorld is not liable for variations in product quality caused by the manufacturer or manufacturing processes.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed upon receipt of returned items at our returns center. A full refund, excluding shipping costs, will be issued for eligible returns.
- Returns must be received within 45 days of the original purchase date to avoid a restocking fee.
- If your order has not been delivered within 30 days due to postal delays, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and name for assistance. Refunds will only be considered after this 30-day period.
Privacy and Non-Disclosure
CiggiesWorld is committed to protecting your privacy. We will never share, sell, distribute, rent, license, or disclose your personally identifiable information to third parties.
International Duty and Customs
Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their country’s tobacco importation laws. Any applicable taxes or customs duties are the customer’s responsibility, and CiggiesWorld is not liable for these charges.
- If duties are imposed upon delivery, you may either pay the charges to receive your order or refuse the package, in which case it will be returned to us, and a refund for the order will be issued upon receipt.
- CiggiesWorld does not ship tobacco products to certain countries, provinces, or regions (e.g., Arizona, Morocco, Northwest Territories, San Marino, Sonora, Turkmenistan). If your location is not listed at checkout, we do not ship to that destination.
